Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
Archway Digital ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, company or website, your area of interest and your message. If you accept cookies, we also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics (see Cookies below).
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. It is stored with our UK-based web and email hosting provider. We don't put personal data from enquiries into public AI tools.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies are off until you choose to accept them in the banner. If you accept, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (run by Google Ireland Ltd) to count visits, see which pages are useful and measure whether our Google Ads lead to enquiries. Google may process this data outside the UK under its standard contractual safeguards. Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) last up to 14 months.
We store your choice in your browser for six months. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing your browser's site data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@archwaydigital.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
